The Body Benefits

Massage provides many benefits to the body.  It can have sedative or even exhausting effect on the nervous system, resulting in relaxation. Other forms of massage can stimulate the nervous system, leaving one feeling invigorated.

Massage will relax a muscle spasm and relieve tension. By stretching the connective tissue, massage will improve its circulation & nutrition.

Massage acts as a cleanser for the body as it pushes lymph along and quickens the elimination of waste and toxins.

Massage will improve circulation and nutrition to the joints and hasten the elimination of harmful particles.

It aids in reducing inflammation and swelling, in turn relieving pain. It can also aid in weight reduction.
